Services I Provide For My Client's
As part of my Mobile Notary Services I assist my clients by making myself available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, (with scheduled prior appointments in order to assure the original documents are in my possession or the clients hands prior to meeting to execute the documents). The Title/Escrow Companies contact me with the approval of the realtors/loan agents/buyers or sellers to make arrangements in pricing for picking up the original documents from a designated Escrow Agent; then I contact the clients to confirm or schedule a convenient signing time at a location that is workable for all parties involved. Once, I meet with either the borrowers/buyers/sellers and explain all the vital details pertaining to their escrow instructions/loan documents/disclosures then after the client(s) execute them necessary papers I proceed by reviewing and double checking that no items were overlooked prior to me notarizing any and all necessary papers. (Of course, this is completed after I have verified their identity with the proper government issued identifications, as required by law).
Once, the client(s) have executed all necessary documents; then I return all documents immediately as instructed by the contracted Escrow Agency along with my invoice to be paid through escrow. (In some rare instances, clients prefer to pay me in cash directly and out of escrow, that too is acceptable).
Recently, I have been receiving referrals to assist homeowner(s) in making changes/additions to their Title/Vested ownership. Sometimes, there might be a homeowner(s) who wants to add another family member or friend to the Title of their property; or someone wants to be removed from Title. If, the property is located in San Joaquin County I contact the County Public Records to verify current ownership prior to preparing a new Grant Deed; Preliminary Change of Ownership, and Affidavit, (as required by most County Recorder's Offices prior to recording any changes in Title).
